We are seeking Nursery to 8th Standard teachers for the following positions –

Teachers – 10 Positions
Teaching Assistants – 10 Positions
Classical Dance Teacher – 1 Position
Music (Classical) Teacher – 1 Position
Physical Education – 1 Position

About Us

The Global Guardians School is a Nursery to 8th Standard school that has an alternative philosophy, pedagogy, taxonomy and structure based on the education model of Chetna Vikas Mulya Shiksha (Consciousness Development – Value Education). Our school is run by parents who support the next generation in gaining the understanding and ability to harmoniously coexist with humans in the family and society and to enable a humane system that ensures a balanced planet.

Our school has a life-essential theme-based approach, where all subjects are carefully integrated into our studies within a meaningful context. Along with this, students engage in life-essential projects where they relate with students of all ages and learn life-essential skills.

Our education model is based on a philosophy called Madhyasth Darshan by Agrahar Nagraj. The philosophy has a universal, practical, verifiable and comprehensive approach that addresses our collective necessities. This philosophy is commonly introduced to people through Jeevan Vidya workshops. Programs based on this philosophy are the basis of many school, college and university programs across India.

Teacher Responsibilities

    1. Foster a cooperative, helpful and positive environment
    2. Plan and implement our theme-based learning as per our content
    3. Facilitate meaningful, inspiring lessons based on learning objectives
    4. Collaborate with teachers and administration to achieve educational goals
    5. Document & assess student progress and regularly share with parents
    6. Engage in all aspects of our school’s daily rhythm
    7. Participate in our teacher development program
    8. Promote a humane school culture

Required Qualifications for Teachers

    1. A Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc, or any else)
    2. Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or willingness to complete a B.Ed.
    3. A strong interest in teaching & teaching experience is preferable
    4. In-depth background in the study of Madhyasth Darshan/Jeevan Vidya or a sincere enthusiasm and curiosity to explore it

Necessary Skills

    1. Strong communication and organizational skills
    2. Hindi and English reading, writing and speaking skills

    2. Displays a sincere interest in learning about and participating in a new model of education
    3. Sees success as becoming a good human being who can live well with humans and nature

    1. Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month
